Your responsibilities

• Accurate and timely verification and booking of supplier and vendors invoices in SAP, as per fiscal requirements for respective countries
• Review and action to ensure compliance with legal/fiscal requirements and with Beko Europe financial/accounting policies and procedures
• Accurate accounting for non-purchase order invoices in SAP, with no discrepancies
• Coordination & email follow-up with various stakeholders to ensure the timely completion of accounts payables
• Handling vendors’ queries, in collaboration with a specific centralized team
• Prepare accounting related reports and spreadsheets as required and circulate periodic reports in a standardized format
• Vendors balance reconciliation
• Assist with new process implementation
• Analyze process gaps and suggest process improvements in the area of accounts payables

Our requirements

• Graduate (bachelor) degree in accounting/ economics/ finance or related field
• 1+ years experience in a related field, industry, or shared service
• Fluency in English and Ukrainian language
• Ability to work in a group and high communication skills

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar position would be an asset
• Studies in the financial area would be an asset
• Good knowledge of SAP and Excel
• Ability to work within an international environment
• Well-organized and Team spirit-building skills

The Accounting team establishes and maintains accounting policies and controls, fiscal controls, preparing financial reports and safeguarding the organization's assets. Maintains accounting and financial records and reports, including general ledger, financial statements, regulatory and management reports.

This role in summary

We are looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance organization, responsible for establishing and maintaining accounting policies and controls, fiscal controls, preparing financial reports, and safeguarding the organization's assets.

As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will process all non-purchase and purchase orders documents. Moreover, you will perform other assigned accounts payable functions of a routine nature.
