Responsibilities you'll have
Design, implement and maintain test automation frameworks using Robot Framework and Python
Develop, optimize and execute automated test suites for web (UI) and API applications
Collaborate closely with developers, analysts and DevOps engineers to integrate tests into the CI/CD pipeline (Jenkins / Git / Bitbucket)
Analyze test results and report defects using JIRA and manage test cases in qTest
Ensure alignment with QA standards and testing strategy across multiple environments (pre-prod, UAT, prod)
Participate in code reviews, test strategy planning, and continuous improvement initiatives
Support manual testers by identifying high-value areas for automation and ensuring maintainability of test assets
Expected competences and knowledge
3+ years of experience in test automation (UI and API focus)
Proven hands-on experience in Robot Framework and Python programming
Good understanding of test automation design patterns (Page Object Model, keyword-driven approach)
Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket, Bamboo) and test management systems (qTest, JIRA)
Practical knowledge of REST API testing and tools (Postman, Swagger, REST libraries)
Understanding of the software delivery lifecycle and Agile (Scrum / SAFe) processes
Solid communication skills and fluency in English (B2+ level or higher)
Experience in the banking or financial services domain will be a strong advantage
